Nass for Advertising and Design acts as a facilitator connecting clients with third-party agencies for printing and design services. We do not collect payments, so all refund requests are handled directly between the client and the agency.


1. No Direct Refunds

Since we do not process any payments, Nass for Advertising and Design does not issue refunds under any circumstances.

2. Refund Requests

Clients who wish to request a refund must contact the agency or service provider they hired directly. Agencies are responsible for their own refund and cancellation policies.

3. Dispute Resolution

Nass for Advertising and Design is not responsible for resolving payment or refund disputes between clients and agencies. All issues should be resolved directly with the agency according to their written agreements.

4. Future Payment Solutions

If online payment solutions are introduced in the future, a separate refund policy will be established and clearly communicated on this website.
